We hardly charge anything. The only time Asia Grand Talent Record Limited might expect payment is if you need to use our consultation services – and if members of our staff have, by arrangement, attended your event on the invitation or if you need a Special Certificate Pack.
So our services fees are non-refundable and clients have no liberty to cancel the services once selected and request a refund from us.
Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Services or products once ordered will not be cancelled in
any way. If you opt for any services and did not contact
us within 15 business days prior to the end of the current
service period will be treated as a cancellation of
services and the fee paid toward each service will be
forfeit. Product once sold on our website will not be
cancelled, please be sure before buying any product prior
to placing an order.
We will try our best to create suitable design concepts
for our clients. Goods or services once sold will not be
taken back or cancelled, If you cancel any service after
paying for it and then cancel, no refund will be processed
so please be sure that you required the said goods or
services or not before placing an order.
